I just wrote a brief chemistry lesson to explain the chemical rules at the rear of the extraction. I have simplified the explanation making sure that a non-chemist can understand what's going on in the method. Understanfing the chemistry driving the procedure is not essential to extracting, so I hope uninterested individuals will skip more than it,
